I am sure that some of you reading this can relate to the feeling of having no motivation or energy to stay active regularly. After a few years of encouragement by my brother, I started playing badminton weekly, beginning in August of last year. Joining a club for that activity is a great way to meet new people or just have fun with your friends. Clubs are also usually based on skill levels, so even if you haven’t played that sport in a long time, you won’t struggle to find balanced games.
